Child Safety Standards
The Royal Commission recommended 10 child safe standards, drawing on its findings and extensive research and consultation about what makes organisations child safe. Our safety policies and procedures are informed by these standards. The standards are explained in the Guide to the Child Safe Standards which assists organisations working with children to create, maintain and improve their child safe practices.

If you have immediate safety concerns please contact 000 or the Police on 1800 333 000. Lifeline provides a continuous phone counselling service on 13 11 14. Other safety concerns can be reported to the Senior Minister or the Newcastle Anglican Director of Professional Standards on 1800 774 945.
